Might go Dawson into Daicos. Possibly a bit chasing last week's points but Carlton tend not to give attention to opposition halfbacks and Daicos feels like a pretty opposition proof option the way McRae throws him around.
Good shout on Dawson! Might be the way to go actually, he’s been in good nick. Gather round in his home state, first game of the round, he should be pretty motivated to get the win. Would be a POD option also.

I'm tempted by Gulden on Friday night. Not sure if he's guaranteed to play 70%+ CBAs which he probably needs for a VC worthy score though.

I'd like to VC the top-scorer in the game right now (English) but I don't love any of my back up options.

Tom Green v Hawthorn is a good match up but has only put up 1/4 acceptable captain scores this season.

Daicos looks like a permacaptain but I'm cautious of a possible Windhager tag this weekend.

Marshall with the best ruck match up in the comp but has only tonned 1/4 games.

Might do Laird into English unless I can convince myself to captain one of the three above.

Oliver into English seems a no brainer if you have the pair.
If I had neither I would consider Dunkley against North.
