I can get this done with $100 left. $5.5k short of getting in Stewart after Chandler didn't turn up.
Madden in would free up Ryan from R3.

Tried holding the MP to their byes, but lost both Hopper and Setterfield :poop:
Have to keep an extra rookie on field for both weeks into the bye

Chandler went well but I still wanted to maximise at his peak price.

Setterfield will go to a Rd14 bye premium Dawson, Laird etc. Only have the 3 premiums from that bye currently.

Appreciate any advice. Pre-trades 261k itb.

1st Trade locking in Hopper to Stewart (swinging Dawson to mids). Leaves me with 100.5k itb.

2nd trade unsure of whether to bring in Sharp or Humphries & who to trade for either of them.

I have Cincotta, W.Phillips, Davey, Roberts but ideally want to make money trading in Sharp or Humphries. Was planning on Phillips early in the week but now that he is named that has changed things.

Any thoughts on the 2nd trade would be appreciated. Thanks & good luck to all.

I traded both in this week for the cash gen and also the bye cover that Humphrey gives (if he keeps playing 🤞) I would trade Davey and Roberts for them. But can you use Roberts as a loop? I have Chandler stuck on the bench with the E and no loop.

Question - is the data for heat maps, time spent in position etc. readily available somewhere?

Likely to double downgrade now with the possible players to receive dual position status in the coming rounds in the hopes of completing the forward line with two of Walsh and Gawn, etc.

Defence should now be complete with Ziebell or Sheezel to occupy the D6 spot. Merrett, Neale and Mills the targets for the final three mid spots but trades and cash gen situation will likely warrant a readjustment.

Can loop at D6 and M8 this round with Mitchell the only other rookie to come.

Will come back to bite me going pre byes as the last two seasons I have purchased the first round back from his bye for a 119 avg in 2021 and 116.5 avg in 2022. No pressure Zach. :ROFLMAO:

3 Boosts left.

Humphrey is a placeholder, so I'm still on 20 trades.

A couple of aggressive if speculative moves. 3 trades: Chandler, Hopper, Hollands for Sharp/Weddle, Matt Kennedy and Merrett/Walsh/Sicily or go all out and bring in Dawson finally. (Various DDP swinging situation.)

Otherwise a more conservative approach, Chandler, Hopper for Sharp/Weddle/Humphrey and Walsh/Dawson/Merrett etc.

A double down to Humphrey and Sharp leaves me too exposed I think, and Humphrey's price is tricky. If Weddle's JS is good, I don't mind going late on him rather than Humphrey...

Need to factor in byes, which I haven't done properly yet.

Any feedback most welcome and appreciated.

Sharp a big risk from my perspective (Lions supporter). I’m taking Drury to save the $ but I have low expectations of both. I like Harry but he’s yet to hit form that will maintain him a spot in the team.
Hmm was sure i was going to bring him in, now not so sure. It's a good sign that he's still selected though, with basically no injuries for Brissy other than Rich, which is a positive i think that he's still holding his spot.

Fair comment but he’s just a bad game away from being back off the table. I hope he stays, good lad, just think he’s risky. In saying that I don’t know Drury at all, just see him in a weaker team as getting more opportunity, esp after his last game.

Cincotta to Chesser worth a boost?
I'm thinking of turfing Cowan to Chesser/Weddle. Got Cowan and Cincotta on Def bench... Cowan is just dead wood now right? Cincotta a chance of returning?

Is Chesser right to go, or are WC desperate for numbers?

This week:
Ashcroft>Merrett
McKenna>Weddle/Humphrey

Next week:
Roberts/Sturt>Fleeton/Drury/Chesser/Wardlaw

Week after:
Callaghan/Ryan>Gawn

If Wardlaw goes 90+ then I’ll likely go early on him. I’d also grab Humphrey over Weddle this week. Only issue with that is I can’t get up to Gawn as I won’t have the cash.

So ideally I go for the bold options, but we’ll see what happens. Would also be nice if Gawn’s new forward % comes out before I have to make the call. Had 53 ruck contests to Grundy’s 30.

Thinking now maybe I will go keep Humphrey.

So it would be: Chandler, Cowan, Hopper to Humphrey, Chesser and Dawson/Walsh/Merrett.

Any thoughts?
