Played: R Marshall, J Lloyd and E Gulden

Yet to play:
Friday: M Bontempelli, T English (VC), J Macrae, Z Butters
Saturday: J Sicily, J Dunkley, L Neale (new recruit), R Laird (C), J Dawson, A Brayshaw, M Johnson
Sunday: J Ziebell, H Sheezel, G Wardlaw, E Ford, S Coniglio, A Cincotta and Z Merrett
Monday: N Daicos

1/119 when Lloyd and Gulden drop out thanks to two of the four rookies in Cincotta, Wardlaw, Ford or Johnson scoring 75+.:ROFLMAO:

Yet to play around with trades much so Neale and Sinn have spent most of the round in, replacing Weddle and Chandler but wait for the inevitable switch before the game starts tonight and Yeo and Himmelberg replace them.

Surprisingly decided to stick with the Neale and Sinn option over Yeo and Himmelberg. Now to follow suit with the captaincy and avoid switching late from Laird.

Yeah, I might've over-analysed what you're asking. You have English R1 (VC) and Briggs R2 with Madden R3. And you wanted to clarify the vice captaincy loop.
Thank you all for the help…….So I have Marshall and Briggs as R1 and R2. I think I’ll take Bont’s VC score but feel Briggs could still end up in my top 18. So if I bench Briggs with the E (bring madden in as my R2 captain), would Briggs’s score supersede a lower score in my top 18 that is fielded e.g say Briggs scores more then Gulden, who is on the ground, would Briggs’s score count instead of Gulden’s. Thanks so much

yes, any emg who replaces a non player on ground to be in best 22 is treated the same as anyone on the field. Briggs if he exceeds Gulden would replace Gulden score if Gulden is the 19th or worse player out of your 22.

I like the idea of captaining Dunkley vs the hawks, but my opp this week has Laird C and I’m fairly certain my other players should get over the top if I go Laird too… Anyone with any insights here would be much appreciated!!

Often the raw stat sheet at first glance doesn't reflect how the game actually played out, English was nowhere near as bad as most people were making out and post quarter time actually had a very good game when you look at the numbers in detail, 15 touches a goal and 9 hitouts to advantage more than warranted the points.
I'm not so sure, I mean the stats are the stats right but if he picks up nearly 10pts during scaling, that doesn't make sense to me. He wasn't influential one bit to half time and was dominated by Lycett. Agree he was better after half time but they lost. How a guy picks up that much scaling in a loss where he was poor at best for 50% of the game amazes me.

Good to see Macrae can still put up big numbers even in a less-than-ideal role.
Agreed I’m glad I brought him in two weeks ago…..
suprising that he wasn’t as popular trade in as I thought….so can become a POD in the run home….
hopefully he can go on another hot streak like he has each year….

Comparing Post 605 on Page 31 and Post 573 on Page 29 by Tails should explain the post match difference as two amendments were made for English. 5 Contested Possessions at FT and then 7 Contested Possessions once scores are finalised.

Q: Why do some of the stats change during/post-game?
A: Match edits are made on the fly and during all period breaks (quarter-time, half-time, and three-quarter-time). There is also a 20-minute window post-game where the game is reviewed and as a result, some of the stats may change.

Nothing in it, they won't rub out a top Brownlow chance for that. If they do, he gets off on appeal.
Agree, when i saw it live last night I though it was just a normal footy collision, and thought how I hate that the commentators immediately try to sensationalise something out of nothing.
