Happy in the end despite Brighton assets misfiring. Hopefully I don’t drop too far down the order. The bigger scores I can see are missing Estupian and/or Mitoma, so I figure that they will be charging from a bit further back given the ground they would have given up the first two rounds.

Good score considering the Brighton picks. I think a big factor this round was the captaincy as well. Those that looped Saka or Bruno gained a big advantage over those who had to resort to Haaland. Combine that with a few popular players scoring poorly (Mitoma, Estupinan & Wissa mainly) and that can account for the variance. As you mentioned, the teams without the Brighton players would likely be coming from further back given the first two rounds. Unfortunately, for everyone that had Bruno or a popular pick that redeemed themselves this round, and traded that player out to get Mitoma/Estupinan or both, they just doubled down on their losses. In the short-medium term though, i think Mitoma & Estupinan are good selections, its just hard to be up every week!

I keep making the wrong choices about who to field and who to bench in Fantasy. Round 2 i played J.Pedro over Mitoma and last round Wissa over Maddison. Im not sure whether i bench the Brighton guys or bench Bruno/Rashford as they play Arsenal? Ive already made my transfer.

Im thinking about Baldock vs Everton or Estupinan v Newcastle too

That's the problem with having 15 excellent options. Any one can do well, regardless of fixture difficulty.

I'm mighty tempted to do a bit of a structural alteration now before i lose a good opportunity. Unfortunately that means Foden has to go.

Foden, Walker & J.Pedro > Bowen, Bissouma & Gusto

Im not going to pull the trigger on these until Saturday morning my time when i know if Bowen is starting, id also like some time to consider if i really want to use a boost this early
