We don't ban people for disagreeing.
We do ban people for being continually abrasive, and throwing rocks.
The person will normally receive a pm warning them, that they are not upholding the standards set by the site's management.
As you are aware, you haven't received a pm. Maybe just dial down the confrontational tone, just a touch.
