Feels like the forced trades from uneven game weeks makes this even more of a identical teams than even the other comps where that's a problem. Not sure of a better system but it's definitely a negative because there's no players that you can afford to pick as a keeper.
Looking at teams through this thread every team is more or less identical this week and I'm one of them, although I've gone Embiid over Davis because I'm already on the zig when others zag pathway so I may as well zig myself to death.
No back to back for Simmons so will take the punt holding him this week, watch Cunningham unleash and Simmons miss half the games and play crap because those were the two I tossed up on.
- Sharpe has been awesome and has a reasonable BE but I'd be cashing him out ...
- reluctantly doing so myself ... as good as he has been the ceiling isn't really there ...
- has a BE of 12 pts per game and has scored 17, 18, 17, 18, 36, 19, 20, thus far ... not bad but not record breaking for an on field player ...
Edit: still keeping an eye on him though for the following weeks trades ...
I would prefer to find a way to move Thompson on field and Sasser to the bench whilst also avoiding the situation of having 5.5 million in remaining salary. Interest is not earned on remaining salary and I would prefer one round rental types with a potential for cash gen rather than sitting on a pile of cash.
Lost points benching Wemby & SGA & Hali all missing a game. Part and parcel of this version so will take the good & the bad. Ranked 140ish overall after lockout opened
Jokic > Davis
SGA > LBJ
Thompson & Rose > Sassar & Sharpe
Sharpe benched this week, will play next week (bench Thomas/thompson with 3 games)
Haliburton > Barnes next week, undecided on the rest

Comes down to whether you want to chase the ceiling of Thomas.
Thomas does not contribute much in the other facets of the game and thus will be reliant on scoring his 25+ odd points, game in and game out to compensate for the poor shooting nights. Averaging 26 points, 4 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1 steal a game this season.
Thompson is currently averaging 11.4 points, 9.3 rebounds, 4 assists, 2.1 blocks and 1.1 steals per game with a field goal percentage of 37.8% and a three point % of 15.8. Scored sub 10 points in the first three games but in all four last round hovered around the 14-16 range.

Do you intend on holding Durant all the way through to the end of RD5-RD6?
Will you continue to hold if say he scores 60-85 from his three matches?
Are you concerned about a potential rest once Booker & Beal return or do you feel this is low risk due to no back to backs?
No-one stands out apart from Tatum who i got in anyway with a 4 in that position.
Swapping Thomas their only really leaves Haliburton as a 1 week punt at SG who
is injury prone and not guaranteed tp all 4.
Curry is just a 1 week punt too.
