Brayshaw seemed to be injured early last year and his output improved after they announced he was right again. He seems to have a fairly clear discount in his price as a result.
Probably better for AF/DT, but I would still lean towards him for SC.
I have both currently. I’d say Brayshaw ahead, just.
At the start of the season Brayshaw started off slowly with a niggle before finishing off strongly.
Serong started off hot then had an ankle issue around the byes (which led me to grab Titch over him last year, still annoys me). Finished off the season well, but he did drop off a bit. Part of this was also due to Darcy missing I believe. Don’t have the numbers in front of me now, but I remember going through them last year and there was a pretty big difference.
Serong being more contested makes me want to lean that way.
But Brayshaw was clearly hampered at the start of last season then came home strong, is there more upside if he's 100% fit from the get go?
I've got Brayshaw at the moment, solely because I enjoyed owning him last year and he averaged a smidge more than Serong during the weeks Young was playing in the middle.
Young loved a tackle, was he pinching a few points from Serong on the inside game or was Serong still struggling with that ankle?
Butters, LDU and Green I think are pretty good for top 10 mids this year if they stay fit, Walsh and Touk harder to say for, have 2 byes, Steele also probably not top 10. Moore likely top 6 at this stage but will know more in the future.
Tricky. IMO Butters, LDU and Green will outscore Walsh, Touk and Steele. So it kind of becomes Fyfe and a trade (as he is not a keeper) vs Moore (who at 508k is a keeper). Not sure I like either to be honest. Too much uncertainty in the fwd line to be sure about Moore. And Fyfe is a lottery. If you think you might end up needing to trade Moore I would go with Fyfe and co.
Probably Jackson. For me only because he has a much higher ceiling. Thing is it depends on how he is used and that depends a bit on Darcy's health. If he gets his fair share of ruck time this year that supports the Jackson pick. Watch the pre season games for his usage. I think Moore is the more consistent scorer and less likely to put up a bad score.
I'm not planning on responding to all of these this year after rereading some of my advice from last year which ended up being way off. Just going to post this:

This has to be a gut feel thread as you have to trust the poster has completed enough research personally and are looking for quickfire in/validation, unless a similar poster has completed a similar analysis and have the time to share their findings.
