Structure needs massive changes before I'm already too many points behind, will use the first boost this week.
Thanks for reducing the Jackson FOMO, went Crouch in the end as it meant maintaining Wines for now which gave team better depth.

Time to clear some deadwood and cull the underperforming midpricers.

Early days with Billings, Fyfe likely targets, not sure who will be the third to afford someone decent.

Darcy obvious target if he can follow up with decent score vs Eagles, will need one more rookie. Potentially Sicily could be looked at for value or may go quality defender, depends on $$ to spend.

Got the same dilemma. Will see how this round finishes up, but Dawson -> Green is very tempting.
This is my thinking, too.

Seems like too many mouths to feed at Adelaide midfield. Dawson was on track for a big score in the first because Crouch was stuck on the bench and as soon as he came on all the points went his way.

The downside of a GnR side is I only have Jordon as a MP so bar injury or a Wilson type showing today I don’t really have any concerns, premo’s have been good, a few concerns have now arisen with rookie cash generation, I suppose I’ll see how Darcy goes today as to whether he falls into the must have category.

On yesterdays effort I'd say no and with eh Saints losing I think he will be lucky to hold his spot?

$700k to spend.

Some not gainfully employed, but with low BEs on the bench, S Berry and J Lyons.

Some MPs/rookies likely to no longer have low BEs, Fisher, Billings, Fyfe, Howes - and see what the second price changes for Roberts and Jordon are like. Ried still on Def bench.

Rookie shortlist: Darcy, Brown, Draper
Premium shortlist: Sheezel, Miller, Powell, Flanders

Thinking, 2 up one down, as bolded, but will see what the next round of rookies look like, but at $375k Powell may still demand a pick.

A lot will depend on BE’s but I’m tempted to just ignore Howes and Reid and wait for DPP additions. Don’t want to lose cash on Howes so could come down to his score next week but would rather shift some DPP rookies back than clog up the backline with def only guys that might not much much cash and will take another trade to get them out of the way.

Other option is to get the upgrade process kicked off by making a couple of downgrades and boosting to get a premium in. Miller or Anderson very tempting..

Could Lyons be back next week? Would Stewart also be on that list? Seems to be going unnoticed. I have Sheezel though, so I do understand.

You definitely have the mo ey for a 2 up, one down approach.

Have $150k ITB atm.

Fisher has to go > Darcy - frees up another $260k roughly.

Have a 4 premium backing, with Naicos, Sheezel, Ryan, and Houston. Also Massimo, How's, Coffield, and Reid.

I don't want to flirt with anymore rookies in the backline, so I am thinking Stewart or Whitfield. Would love to get Clark as well. Need another $220k for Stewart, or $120k for Whitfield, or a little less for Clark if I trade Coffield. Probably have to be one of the latter two.

To fund this, I am leaning towards Fyfe/Jordon/Reid to a Burgess/Taberner/Carroll.

Will have to aim for Stewart later with Massimo. Reid will be back in a few weeks and can make some $$$ then.

Next week aim is to remove Grundy before the bye. Hopefully a decent downgrade appears before then.

Probably Fisher to Darcy and maybe Lyons to someone good who has had their bye. Green could be nice
Definitely Fisher to Darcy, which frees up the cash to turn Wines to Gulden.

Was planning on Gulden after his bye, but a good game today against the Tigers means he may be out of reach after he plays the Eagles next week.
