For those considering Brown & concerned about Grimes, doesn't sound be that positive in latest injury update:

Dylan Grimes, wrist

"It's still pretty sore. In the third quarter against Port Adelaide (Round 2), he had an incident and hurt his wrist. Initially, we thought he may have broken it. Scans cleared him of any major damage, but he's still in a lot of pain. We thought we'd give him all of last week to get up, and unfortunately, he couldn't quite get through the main session. At this stage, we've still got another session to go, and we'll see how he is later in the week."

Is Elijah Hollands (275k MID) a decent chance on the bubble next week?

I have the option to reach Green this week, closing off a negative POD and securing my 5th Mid premo.

Or I could take Flanders, leaving me 130K to upgrade Campbell or Sexton next week to Hollands, who I think is capable of getting to 400+k. Not liking the lack of viable rookies at the moment.

Green is tipped to get up over 700k in a real hurry but that is based partially on him scoring 160 this week which is never something you'd predict. Flanders is likely to move away from me at around about 25k per week for the next month if I don't pick him up now.

I want to have both Green and Flanders in my final team
Want! Want! You sound like my Mrs.
Green is a must, but you've done well to get Steele and Touk cheap. Kept Martin too, which Touk balls of Steele as many dumped.

Sanders on the bench is too good. Flanders would give you better balance and allow the option of E. Hollands next week, if he becomes a necessity.

No, I don't want to pay that much. He's already cost me approx. 150 points in 3 rounds from the picks that I have had. Just hoping he gets knocked out in the first 5 minutes :censored: That's the only way his price will fall...
Or he gets horsed with Adams back this week and Parker soon after. Which is the reason us that resisted him did.

If you want to be very aggressive, you could go :-

Fisher/Jordon (Adams back I think hurts him, BE 44, bye the following week)/ Reid >

Steele (Flanders fwd), McKay 467K, Darcy

You have 4 swans with their bye coming up so maybe offloading Jordon now is the play.

McKay (467K) has gone 130, 112 and 137 and is heading towards $500k fast. Getting ruck time along with now over his goal kicking issues.

You would need to play 1 of Sexton/Cadman/ Darcy though on field at F6 though.

Just an idea ;)
Thanks for all of the replies mate, much appreciated. And to @aj74

Just realised I can afford Fisher/Cadman > Green/Darcy as well. Now that is tempting, albeit luxurious stumping up ~100k more for Green over Steele. Plenty to ponder.

If Cadman gets a 50 this week, he goes up 45k. Green would need something like 180 for that and I reckon Steele would be in the same boat.

The points would be better with one of those premiums for sure but if you're paying the cash game you are better off delaying Cadman to anyone by a week or two. He's one of the ones helping you close in on those high pricers. With 2 50s in the next 2 weeks, Cadman gets you another 67k which could be the difference for example, between you finishing with Sprayshaw and finishing with Bont

I do have wants, yes. But I also have feelings you know. Genuine feelings. And needs. I have needs. But you wouldn't understand that, would you? Would you!?!

Now I sound like your missus.

Can now afford Ryan or Stewart........for Wines.........Ryans had good three scores but Stewart despite two average scores still feels more legit.

Anyone with strong views?
Stewart is always one of my first picked and I didn’t start Ryan this year but traded him in last round. Right now if I had to choose between the 2 I would go for Ryan.

Looking for ways to somehow keep LDU in my team but I'm coming up short.

Smaller ground this week, should be a lot of stoppage opportunities as well as more ball control resulting in cheap freebies. But watching him lately has not instilled much faith into hoping he will go off. Still got a lot of the ball in the second half last week - just didn't translate to SC scoring.

BE is sitting at 173 without Green or Heeney, so if he drops another stinker, he drops $40k and I'd have to continue fading Green which just sounds like a horrible idea.

However, none of this matters if I think he can be good enough for M6-8. Did 113 average from 14 games last year, but his floor has proven to be absolutely horrible.

Not sure if I cut my losses or stick it out.

Thinking of doing Jordon+Billings for Flanders and Darcy this week to go more guns and rookies in the forwardline, Not sure how I ended up with 3MPs there.

Potential of Coffield to Brown as well, depending on how Howes goes tomorrow.

I've got him too. I went to the Blues vs North game last week and was shocked as to how disinterested he seemed at times to actually search for and hunt the ball. Massive contrast to the supercoach gold of players like Serong and Green who never stop trying to rack it up. Still going to keep him and hope last week was an aberration but it was just really noticeable in person and has me worried.

Team before trades this week.
A bit stumped as I would like to get Flanders back to the forward line and get Darcy in if selected. Not sure my best way to do this.
Any ideas appreciated? 36k in the kitty.
