For anyone who hasn't seen the Dogs press conference, it was made pretty clear by Bevo, that Macrae probably won't be a feature/walk up in the team this year, unless there are injuries. Didn't really explain why, but indicated he prefers younger guys with speed, and wants the same core midfield group playing. Doesn't want midfielders playing in non midfielder positions.

Excellent info, thanks very much for sharing.

I find that interviews with players/coaches are an underrated source of information.

Thoughts on who would be best to field in the FWD line today:

Cadman (vs GCS)
Campbell (vs STK)
Wilson (vs RICH)

Mate of mine has to field 2 of these, so ranked suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

well done mate, always a tough one to land…,feels good when you get it right
I got Sharp right,
but benched Darcy for Reid and Cadman.
Reid worked, so it’s a matter of Cadman.

Could reverse Wilson to Sexton - I think - to get Darcy’s score…? Or just roll with Cadman.

Think I’ll accept my luck so far as Cadman is capable of 70 and Wilson should push out a bit more cash.

Happy enough so far, probably a bit under par with Daicos, Massimo, Green, Flanders and Campbell/Cadman to come.

Brought Drew and Darcy in at the expense of Billings and Wines. I'll roll with Drew for a few weeks, had an 'almost' game and got burnt by his team mates on several occasions, guess that's to be expected with JHF, Butters and Rozee in the team. Darcy on the bench along with Reid (who's locked on the mid bench) stings a little, not as much though as having Clark and Wilson over Sharp and Carroll which is going to hurt come upgrade time.
