Old Big 'Ead drops down a couple of places after that event as we see the first scores dropping off the list.

I'll hold off on posting selections for Tour de Suisse, as I have not yet received selections from @Kiewa. I've given him until the start of Stage 2 tonight to enter, as Stage 1 being less than 5km in length will likely have minimal impact on the final GC. He won't be eligible for points from Stage 1, however there were minimal points awarded anyway.

No stage wins yet between us, but we have managed to get 2nd place in each stage so far (Bisseger and Matthews). Still anyone's to win based on that.

I'll likely provide a mid race and end race update of standings, rather than updating after each stage.

Stage 3 resulted in a Nys win for Woosie - good one MATE (look at his selected riders initials). Minor points for everyone though today.

Probably not unfortunately. I thought Van Gils may have been a chance for the stage too, I probably should have just picked a stronger GC rider instead of a more all round rider based on what is to come.

Good question @Woosie , to answer you would need to know which of the "favourites" were going to finish the event. Last year I would have answered E Mas was a sure thing. He did not survive the first stage.

I know that is no help ...

JV still 50/50 does open things up a bit I think. It will be interesting to see if he gets the ride.

Even if he does, I'm not sure if I'd be picking him.

Almost forgot european national championships are being held this week. Can the following people pick the national TT and road race championship winners for the country you selected (chels, pick for Spain) before the races begin:
