I am actually wondering if it is Switzerland that lucked out. Unbeaten and drew with Germany before beating Italy. England also unbeaten but a draw with Denmark, then another with Slovenia before a last minute win over Slovakia that had the pacemakers of every English fan going into overdrive. Anyone's game but I think the Swiss have better form.
