Lost my eliminator by 6 (472-478) when i was up by 163 with McBride vs Lamar x 2 & Henry

I am not happy. I knew it was always possible that those 2 dominate but i thought my chances were above 75% to win. Henry dominated late which was probably what cost me even when i thought id win it. I was happy enough with Lamar scoring huge at half time given Henry was barely sighted and then he dominated late. It stings, but oh well, thems the breaks as they say! My opponent was ranked above me so i cant be too disheartened but it just annoys me HOW it happened.

I'm happy with my team even with my less-than-stellar 468 this week.
I think the Daniels' injury cost me at least 60 points which would have given me a v good score.
Not to mention my poor coaching:
Dobbins 16 on field out-scored by my bench RBs Hunt 42 and Walker 43.
NYJ DST on field -6 outscored by bench Philly DST 30.
That's a 63 point turn around if I'd got my selections right.
Hopefully I can do so in future.

Daniels and Godwin are injury concerns.
Godwin isn't a worry.
I have Kupp who should be back next week and Thomas Jnr who looks good.
I can afford to wait and see.
But Daniels?
A tough decision:
Allen? A proven QB who now has Amari.
Baker Mayfield who has been good but may have lost his top 2 WRs?
Russ Wilson who was good in his first Steelers game and has a v friendly SOS? Only 2 of the remaining 10 games are against tough defences.
But Wilson is s wait and see: he has a wk.09 bye.

Given that a lot of people would have Williams and Daniels does there need to be a decision on Daniels anytime soon? Suppose it depends on your other QB. Most of the popular QB would have byes Wk 12 or 14 so you have some time. If it is Lamar his bye isn’t till Wk 14 and as it is the same as Daniels you need to have a trade ready for that week.

Might use a boost this week but will keep the rest till later in the season.

Possibly

Godwin to Jefferson. Provides a C loop into Lamar.
Harrison to ? Maybe D London?
DST Browns to ? Pending further investigation.

La Porta is also on the list of possible outs. Watching the Lions/Vikings game he appears to be playing no part in the Lions offense in comparison to last year.

But who knows what injuries pop up on the list as the week progresses.

On Breece Hall:
Note that this week he had 12 carries for 38 yds = 3.17 ypc. Again quite poor. His only good rushing game this year was last week: 18 for 113 = 6.28 ypc.
But the difference this week was: he scored a TD; he had an equal team-high 9 targets which resulted in 6 catches for 103 yds.
The beauty of being a pass-catching RB.
Breece Hall's role is massive under new OC Todd Downing.

Over the last two games, Hall has the No. 1 Utilization Score in fantasy football at 9.6.
  • Snaps: 85% (elite)
  • Attempts: 83% (elite)
  • Routes: 76% (elite)
  • Targets: 22% (elite)
  • Fantasy points per game: 24 (elite)
It just doesn't get any better than that, folks. If you have Hall on your roster, it is time to sit back and enjoy the good life. His closest Utilization Score comps have averaged 20.8 points per game and finished as a top-three RB 67% of the time. None have finished lower than RB9.
Hall UPGRADES to top-three status the rest of the way.

Aaron Rodgers, who is now the Jets CEO/Coach/OC/DC/QB admits that even though he now has total control over the team, implementing his game plan will take time. Rodgers looking forward to signing a record $500m 10 year extension to his current contract at the end of this season:sneaky::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:.

Not to forget that Hall has an incredibly good SOS - only 2 of his remaining games against tough opposition.
Ranked the best by FantasyPros.

Williams out for 2 weeks PED violation might help La Porta

Yes you may be right. Still Williams only had one catch against the Vikings and was MIA as much as La Porta who also only has one catch for 25 yds. Gibbs, Montgomery and Kalif Raymond were the active catchers behind top receiver A St Brown. La Porta only has one game above 20pts which has been a bit disappointing.

In praise of Jared Goff:
After a slow-ish first two games he has been superb in his last four.
He's completed 76 of 91 pass attempts at an elite 83.52% completion rate.
He' s thrown for 1,078 yds and scored 9 TDs to only 1 interception.

It's not as though he's had it easy. He's been sacked 11 times and, according to one podcast, been under pressure more than any other QB.
On the w/end he was pressured 51.7% of the time yet managed to complete 10/11 under pressure with 2 TDs.
He is averaging 11.6 ypa under pressure while no other QB is better than 9.0.

And this is a QB who has the reputation for being good with a clean pocket but terrible under pressure.
Apparently he's learnt.
