I'm seeking a replacement for CeeDee Lamb as he's likely to receive fewer passes from his new, lower-ranked quarterback, Cooper Rush.

Trading out Daniels and Lamb for a quarterback like Hurts or Jackson will leave me with just $9 million, so I'll need to find an affordable WR who won't outperform my starting WRs.
I still might keep Daniels, I'm undecided, and simply substitute Lamb.

Jackson is the most expensive $27m with a week 14 Bye, Burrow $22m I like too, with a projected $2m increase this week, but he has a Bye next week. Hurts $26.5m and has had his Bye, so he looks the most tempting to me to get in.
If I trade out Lamb and Daniels for Hurts and Pickens, I'm $30k short, hmmm.
Is Burrow a reliable QB choice?
I can afford out Lamb and Daniels/Darnold for Burrow and Pickens.

Unfortunately, I cannot afford Reed. After I trade out CeeDee Lamb and Jayden Daniels and trade in Jalen Hurts I will only have $8,940,000.
The best player I found under $8.94m is Quentin Johnston who is averaging 20. He has five receiving touchdowns in seven games.
This week I have Malik Nabers and M Harrison on a Bye, so I will need to field Johnston, who will go up against the league's 23rd-ranked pass defence, Cincinnati Bengals.
The concern with Johnston is his limited involvement in Los Angeles' offense, however, he may serve well as a future bench player.
