No Hardie , Richardson or Turner in Western Australia's Shield Squad.

Perth Scorchers all-rounder Aaron Hardie’s early BBL availability is up in the air due to a quad issue following on from Australia’s white-ball series against Pakistan.
Hardie hasn’t played since November 18 when Australia beat Pakistan in the final T20I of a three-game series.
The all-rounder played all three T20Is and all three ODIs in that series but has been put in a cotton wool since.
The 25-year-old is nursing a quad complaint and his recovery is being managed with heavy consultation from Cricket Australia, complicating his availability for the Scorchers.
The Scorchers play the BBL|14 season opener against the Melbourne Stars on Sunday 15 December.

Good to see Victoria make the Global Super League final. TBC who they play in a few hours time.
It does remind me a bit of the Simpsons softball episode where they bring in a bunch of ring ins to play though, hopefully this doesn't go the same way, with them all suffering various misfortunes before the final.

Got granted a NOC for the BBL from Dec 10 - Jan 10 (could change though knowing the PCB)
Has signed to play ILT 20.
Yet to play international cricket as waiting to qualify for the USA.
Another one I will be curious to see what "pricing formula" they use or if it is one of the stock standard prices for OS players.

Wouldn't surprise me if the ECB pulls the pin on some of these English players before BBL starts.
