Scratched the Sutherland trade out option with the difficulty of funding Short, Sutherland and Rogers in next round with no boosts.

Ideally an even 3-3 mix between Sixers and Heat with one top four batter, a bowler and all rounder (6-8 and 2-4 overs). Would mean Johnson and Behrendorff over Tye and Dwarshuis.

Stuck with the above with Johnson very unlucky to miss out. Aware of the risk of overexposure to the Sixers bowlers and little exposure to batters along with a lack of exposure to Heat bowlers. Hoped Edwards would serve as an avenue into the Sixers top four batters rather than my usual Philippe selection on the double with all bowlers capable of solid contributions with the bat if needed. Injury unfortunate and did not plan on the Stars posting close to 200. Hopefully captain Walter performs and will be interesting to see what the end difference between Dwarsh & Tye VS Johnson and Behrendorff is.

Had Johnson for most of the day, decided I’d get Walter to mitigate some of the damage of the guys who’ve gone Walter C.

In the end, I saw Walter as a bigger threat with multi-faceted game. Probably will regret it, but it is what it is.

Was in a similar position if it’s any consolation. Had Johnson all day and then swapped to Walter once I saw McSweeney at 5 who I flicked to Renshaw and had extra funds to spend.

I'd say they should send Inglis back up to the top but even that isn't a long term solution because he'll end up in the Test side before too long...
