It’s all mysterious and prevented him bowling and missed a game so it’s scary. Wouldn’t be surprised if he goes large based on the history of players going big coming off injury this season
Yeah no a great role but probably a slightly safer floor vs Banton. Also only an injury away from an extremely favourable role again so more long term potential vs Banton who needs to go.
Fully expected Edwards to miss so wasn’t expecting this.. but might back him in to sneak a wicket and make some runs. Banton feels like a <10 point score or a 50+ score which is a rollerocaster I don’t need right now!

It's probably a good call.
In a Round where there have been so many single figure scores, backing the guy with the better floor is probably the right call!
Updated Short and rookie to Lynn and L Pope. Wanted exposure to the Strikers top four with Lynn VS D Short the 50-50. Had enough cash left over so opted for L Pope which involved benching Tye.

And Doggett starts with a ton over the donut from Pope. Never considered either until the Short news which I was lucky to see in time. Hopefully some respair today with the trio of Sixers (Dwarshuis, Kerr and Edwards) in action along with Walter.
