Broken toe is 100% about pain management
Having broken a couple they vary greatly in pain levels

Abbott was fielding during the Test , Marsh was their to the end.

I actually didn't see Richardson at all , certainly wasn't on the Dias at the end nor could I see him on the ground during presentations.
