Apparantly there are two Jacob Bethell's.

When the good one turns up, he scores 40+, and averages 73. (sample size 3 games)
When the bad one turns up, he scores <=3, and averages 3. (sample size 3 games)

If only there was a way to tell which one was playing, before the game starts!

As a non-owner, they are making me cry.
Top 1% = 88% owned, 4.9% captained, 0.5% VC
Top 5% = 81.7% owned, 3.7% captained, 2.8% VC
