I wonder if Mahomes was reflecting during the game on whether he made an error in offering to purchase all those expensive watches.
Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes have Rolex gifts prepared for the Kansas City Chiefs if they win the Super Bowl
The Kansas City Chiefs are going for a history three-peat with Super Bowl LIX. Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes are allegedly preparing for the incredible moment ahead of time with incredible gifts for anyone on the Chiefs roster. According to
The U.S. Sun,
Kelce and Mahomes plan to gift all 65 Chiefs players either a Sea-Dweller Rolex watch or a Cosmograph Daytona Rolex watch if the team wins.
Kelce and Mahomes are spending a pretty penny on the watches, too. The Sea-Dweller costs $19,650, while the Cosmograph Daytona costs $21,400. The players allegedly get to choose which they prefer.
A source close to Kelce and Mahomes said they had “been thinking about this” for a long time, as they wanted to show how much they appreciate every Chiefs member — even injured players or players who didn’t get as much time on the field.
“It’s very important for them to show love to their teammates and be great examples on and off the field,” the insider said. “They want to give presents to show how much they appreciate everyone’s hard work and commitment to the team and the franchise.”
In addition to the watches, the Chiefs are planning on having an incredible afterparty. They allegedly purchased $80,000 worth of Armand De Brignac Brut Gold Champagne — which only comes to 35 bottles. The team also spent $87,500 on 25 bottles of Louis Roederer Cristal Brut and $27,500 on 25 bottles of Armand De Brignac Ace of Spades Rose.
