Big gamble on Doncic, could be make or break vibes. Hopefully it pays off!
Did not have a look at his schedule before posting but playing all five may be wishful thinking with Utah, Utah, Charlotte, Portland and Denver. Still can match or beat those on four and really like the Lakers schedule run for the remainder of the season with a game still to be added as he and SGA can form the core guard duo for the rest of the season. Hopefully a pod at the pointy end and most look elsewhere for trades this round.

Philadelphia and Toronto playing the opening match on Wednesday along with Houston not in action until Thursday which should allow me to update Luka to a SF by moving Maxey to PG and Thompson to SG with Barnes traded for say L James.

Might be worth trading Maxey over CC, Philly with a 3 gamer next week means you probably need to trade him next week anyway as opposed to CC not requiring that.

Maxey probably more reliable to play the 4 this week though.
Was a toss up but i'm happy to hold Maxey on a 3 with practically all 4's after.
CC could stay anyway if Edwards is out.
Want to finally downgrade two benchers next round.

Thank you.

Denver, Phoenix and San Antonio* are all scheduled for three for RD18. I gather Jokic and Wemby may be kept for the remainder or most of the season so likely only affects Booker and Braun. As for next round (RD 17) Maxey and Thompson are scheduled for three. Ideally I would look to trade Thompson and Braun to use that $30 million for players scheduled for five.

Braun lacks a big enough ceiling in comparison to other players who see greater volume on their side or contribute more to the other areas. I would be too scared holding at this stage of the season in case he puts up a few sub fifteen to twenty scores and especially with the amount of options with five matches. Hard to envisage a scenario in which he is worthwhile holding for this and future rounds that not trading turns out to be the best decision.

As for Thompson, I do not mind holding if you would prefer to cash out Ware for Matkovic which should leave you with approx $20 million for a Braun replacement but the trouble is then finding someone as Towns and James could be of interest in that $16+ million range but cases can also be made for passing on them (Towns on 3 next round and the strength of Lakers opponents this round could mean a rest for James).
Might go Murphy III over Booker

Pleased my slide has stopped and happy winning 8/9 League games.

My trades are:
OUT - Jayson Tatum, Zach LaVine, & Adem Bona
IN - Victor Wembanyama, Naz Reid & Bol Bol
Bank $18k

I needed to make a third trade to afford Wembanyama, and Ware was my choice to acquire his $9m. However, he is projected to make another $580k, so I will trade him out next week and move Bol to the Centre Bench.

I probably have to get SGA and Wemby, and have Giannis so that's part of it. My team value isn't great, so I may have to get a bit creative (read: play a mid tier player).

Giannis, Okwongu, Amen to Wemby, SGA, Huerter

I'll play Keon Johnson this week...

Had another productive week - 1254 despite holding Antet.

This moves me to 17th.

Looking at changing things up a little:
Antet, OO and Thompson to Booker, Edwards and Zion.

2 with perfect 3 week runs, plus Bridges and SGA with perfect 3 week runs, gives me scope to move things around.

Booker and Edwards reduce uniques in my Eliminator matchup. They don't hold SGA, Wemby or CC.

Will I commit to these moves? Probably not - But it's on the radar.
Wish I had the guts to trade in a Williamson or Doncic type, but I feel like I'll have another fairly straight bat trade week with Edwards, Gafford Murphy III and Booker on the list.

If all 4 are available for match 1, Ill likely fade Gafford due to his lower scoring last round (even without Davis he was down).

Probably looking to just make moves to defend my eliminator match up. Before their trades, we sit at Wemby, CC, TMIII and SGA V Daniels, Antet, McDaniels and Sabonis - I envisage at least one of my top dogs will be covered by a straight move for Antet

Very tough to settle on trades this round. Ideally want to move one of Thompson or Maxey out before their three next round. Prefer to hold Maxey with the higher ceiling. Would like to hold Barnes over Thompson given I got in early for Thompson (RD12) but means going Bridges over Gafford. Bridges with the better long term schedule but grabbed him a few rounds ago and yet to select Gafford this season who I feel has the larger ceiling with the injuries to Dallas this round. Then has a 3 next round which forces me into three trade outs of guys on threes. Like Murphy III as an option but unable to afford him over Gafford and would have to be at the expense of grabbing Edwards. Yet to select Edwards this season and has a high ceiling but feel he may not reach those heights with three of five this round against Cleveland and OKC.

Alternative would be Murphy III in place of Edwards allowing Barnes to be kept over Thompson.

Currently have opted for the T Murphy III lineup.
