The problem with that idea is that Houston has to beat Moore to the kick-in.
Usually Darcy is closer to goal and runs over to take the kick and I think we're instructed to play first dibs. So yeah, Darce takes the kick-ins a lot more often than he should, especially considering the lack of tall marking options we tend to have and let's just say... Moore is a much better marking option than kicker-innerer with the result that there's usually a good turnover goal in the offing for the oppo. But still, Darcy's gonna Darcy so Houston is gonna need to get his skates on if he wants those kick ins.
Still.. better than having Bruzzy Maynard trying to kick them in. We all remember that one on ANZAC day I think it was that was so putrid it had everyone in the stadium, including the coach, wetting themselves laughing
The only player we have that would successfully take the ball off those two with his demands for a kick-in would be Nick Daicos, proving to all the haters that he doesn't just get all his stats from handball receives. So there.
