Uses one extra trade, adds cover but creates further negative PODs.

Big fan of option A mate, especially if O'Brien is back. Coz then you might get a couple of price rises out of him to then do another upgrade trade if need be.

I take it in the team Watson supposed to be dalsanto as for your trades I can't see any fault with them at all (option A) p.s u will be filthy using a trade if sandi happens to play although it seems unlikely that he will

3 weeks ago I would of told you to go for Jack and Option B, but now none of those can give you enough confidence to choose that option.

JPK had 25 possessions and 8-10 tackles and only got 72. I'm sure he will score better than that. If O'Brien plays, would you consider not trading this week?

Question to everyone...

As a person with dwindling amount of trades left (3 to be exact), is it better to try and build on cover (litherland, shenton and Impey atm) or should I try to upgrade players to make my team really strong but keep those guys as cover?

I'm planning on either changing/upgrading to either JPK, Parker, Harvey - with Ablett (either next week or week after), and later on upgrade SMartin and possibly Pavlich.

I really want to go Ablett to Fyfe this week but I'm very worried that even if Fyfe is named, he may be a late withdrawal as Freo may rest him this week against GWS, especially with Shaw, Treloar and Coniglio out. With Rockliff out for me this week I can't afford to bring in a rested Fyfe as I'll cop a donut.

So should I go Ablett to Sloane and bank the extra cash or roll the dice with Fyfe?

I'm in the same pickle, except my option is Fyfe or JPK. My situation is compounded by the Sandi question. If either is rested will be annoying, if both then I'm up the creek. I'll be struggling to cover my midfield outs, and have no cover for rucks.

I think I'll go JPK, as I don't trust Ross not to rest players at the moment. Game sequencing this week is a ****.

Definitely a balancing act between the two. I'd be reluctant to start trying to sideways trades with so little trades left. It would be get rid of Gaz and sit on 2 for me.

Tricky one. I reckon late outs are a real chance this week (even though Selwood/SJ survived last week) so getting on the front foot with Sandi.

Have avoided bringing in freo midfielders for this reason although at the moment, it looks to have been the wrong decision with Fyfe scoring as well as he has.

Why don't you hold off the last trade till an hour before the game? If you want Fyfe that much... just wait for the actual teams

I guess because Gold Coast play at 4.40 on Saturday and Fremantle 2.40 on Sunday, so can't wait till game as Gaz will be locked an untradeable.

As per my original post, I said I really wanted Fyfe for Ablett but am hesitant as he may get a rest this week. As Zimmer pointed out, GC play on Saturday so I can't wait til an hour before the Freo game on Sunday to trade out Gaz as he will be locked out.

Ablett to Sloane is my other suggested option which is also mentioned in my original post.
