Same issue for me. I have the cash as I kept some aside in case of correction trades. The swap to Cockatoo would only leave me with 13k.

Just never know with Cats rookies though.

I'm shocked gregson got a game. I like Lang a lot, nothing fancy but smart thinker, but doesnt get a lot of it. Cockatoo I would have thought is a prime vest candicate in coming weeks. Flashy speedster who can burst a game open but will be very up and down. Not a high possesion winner

But I like Anderson, if he starts next week and scores 90 I would be totally fine with a 30 today. Is it likely that Anderson could get dropped next week?

If I was swapping to a 117k melbourne rookie then i would do it but not keen on 150k+ geelong rookie

I'd be the same normally, they haven't talked up a rookie like this since Selwood though. Enough to convince me at this point.

Agreed. I do think he is going to be a gun having watched him play. He likes to put defensive pressure on too when he doesnt have the footy.

I would be very surprised if Anderson gets dropped. Duryea is a like for like swap for Birch.
I find it hard to see how Anderson will shake the vest though! Will probably need to wait for an injury.

Has anyone heard anything about what is wrong with Mackie, and how long he will be out? I've seen he has a quad issue, but nothing more.

I have him in my side as part of my bargain defender strategy (which isn't really working so far, but I'll stick with it!). I was tossing up between him and Enright, so my first thought was to just swap them now. But I have McIntosh on the bench with the E, so if Mackie will be back next week, I'll keep him in. The other option is Birchall if he will be back next week. In fact, this could turn out to be a lucky break.

Does anyone know if Birchall and/or Mackie will play next week?
