Jay and I were having a twitter discussion yesterday regarding Talia being out for Adelaide and how it would effect Brodie Smith's score.
I tweeted. Brodie Smith will go from a crap score to a real crap score. Is a 65 to much to ask for ?
Logged in this morning and there's a few notifications.
Opened it up and it says. Brodie Smith has favorited your tweet.
What a champ !

Does anyone understand this seemingly new 'ruck block' rule? For years what was known as good ruckwork has magically become a free kick against with no warning as of a few weeks ago (I think). What's wrong with protecting the drop of the ball so you can win the hitout? I thought that was the point of ruck contests... if someone could tell me how this rule is benefiting the game I'd love to hear it. Getting very frustrating seeing every second ruck contest ending up as a free kick for what I thought was good bodywork, strength and skill..

I have no bloody idea!!

I was going to put a post up about it last night as I had no idea what was going on with the rucks frees last night and neither did any of the guys around me. Ended up not posting as I didn't want to sound like a one eyed supporter complaining about umpires, although there was also a ruck free for McKernan as well that I had no idea why it was paid.

Yeah, I noticed it last night too. Have no idea either. Result aside last night's umpiring was confusing in general, but that rule is one that seems to have come out of nowhere.

Noticed that they were putting umpiring decisions on the scoreboard last night too. Haven't seen that before.

Nat Fyfe will be in the spotlight come Brownlow Medal night later this year and he hopes he can share it with homegrown Hollywood star Margot Robbie.

Fyfe told Channel 7’s Game Day on Sunday that he dreams of taking the Wolf of Wall Street star along to footy’s night of nights.

“I was (going to ask her),” he said.

The Purple Press

“That was until I heard Cristiano Ronaldo was in town.”

Fyfe said he was single at the moment but did not rate his chances of taking along the former Neighbours star, despite an offer from host Hamish McLachlan that he would contact her agent.

“I don’t think she’d come to be honest,” Fyfe said.

Jake Lever won the round 17 rising star nomination, at least no one is going to question the Crows dropping 4 places with their first round pick last year now, what a gun!

I can't seem to find the Bye Planner on here anymore, has it been taken off our site?

I've still been using it even after the byes.
With the players at original prices I've been updating a team each week according to scores to construct the ultimate starting side for 2015 with minimal trading.
haha but I'm probably the only one still using it :)

On another note. No thanks to Mick Malthouse as a potential Crows coach. I think ***an the CEO is savvy enough to avoid this.

Edit the *** is a filtered word starting with "Fa"

Did you watch the round table on fox footy last night regarding congestion etc? There was a response at the bottom of screen from someone saying how "Malthouse talks a lot of sense which you can clearly understand". Not sure if he/she were being sarcastic or not, but I had no bloody idea what he was waffling on about, everyone else on the round table disagreed with him also, I think he may be past being an AFL coach, agree with you, I wouldn't want him at the crows.

He won't be coming. Look at the selection criteria and how it panned out with Phil Walsh *sob* coming on board and the reasons he got the job. He was selected on modern criteria. Let's face it Mick, who while a legend, is not modern.
