Maybe..... there was a forum/site last year that had 7 of the top 10 leagues for the season.

Surely there have been leaguesbset up just to go for the 18k, lots of Suns and Eagles, loopholing of Mendaue and Keeridge and decent captains choices and you would be high 2200s surely??
