Hello - I don't think I will be alone in a particular boat.
I think many of us have followed Jay since he won SC... firstly on twitter, then have browsed the forum since it's inception, yet are new members or never post.
It's strange that I feel like I have been friends with a number of posters on this site for over 4 years, despite never interacting with them.
So I know them very well, but they don't know me at all lol.
Either way I plan on attending the SCS Wicked Totally Awesome Party if I can (currently on crutches after a foot operation) and I would encourage the other lurkers to do so as well - as it seems not only is the site full of knowledgeable members that you can discuss footy with face to face, but they are also good blokes!

As a small aside. An anniversary for me. 40 years in the Vic. Public Service yesterday. As a celebration to self, have taken 4 weeks off long service leave. Do some stuff around the house.

No shuffling paper, no customers, no phone.
