That moment you realise when you have already outscored lasts weeks score by 25 points with Pendles, Dea and Tippa to come. God last week was bad.

2086 with Tippa to come. Wingard, Bartel and Fyfe were probably my most disappointing this round. This week, I'll trade Fyfe to a Mid premo. Not sure what to do with my other trade. I have 140k in the bank before making any trades this week so maybe Ben Kennedy up to someone or trade out Wingard. I know I shouldn't but Wingard is in horrible form. Can someone tell me why trading Wingard is a bad idea?

2 seasons of 98 average while playing 22 games. However if you want to Get rid of him he is about to start bleeding bulk cash so this week or never

A 115+ game playing exclusively in the midfield from Pendlebury and I'll bring him in next week regardless of his price.

Well, this round is sucky.

VC choice, lets see - Danger = nah, Goldy = nah, Ablett = YES! = bad :(
C choice - Fyfe = YES! = BAD

Stuffed up by not putting the E on Mills in the mids and therefore having the choice between him and McGov - lost 21 points - more irritated by that than anything else that has happened, as I had control over that choice.

Well, if nothing else, the good was - DBJ on field, Kerridge on field, Papley still in team, Barlow still in team! :D

Bartel and Lonergan are issues. Have traded Rocky out injured, JJ out injured and now looking like Fyfe out injured - at least I get some cash generation out of them if the trades are done right. Crisitunity?

19/1855 (C played), still with Pendles, ZMerrett and Tippa to play today.

Multiple choice pop quiz -
Q: Who is more stuffed?
Select 1: Hardwick, Lyon, or Bucks (if Pies lose today)???
The difference between the 3 is that Lyon has been able to take over struggling teams and get them to grand finals, losing 2 of them by a bees pube and the other was up for grabs at 3 quarter time. The problem Freo have now is a list built for stoppages but I think he will be given the time to rebuild.
The problem Hardwick and Buckley have is that they should now be playing finals with lists they have been building for some time. They don't have any runs on the board and won't be allowed to start again. Buckley might be given another year because he hasn't been there as long but Hardwick looks gaaawn.

I think that would be a solid move. He's averaging well below his "norm" at 101 and could plausibly average 115-120 from here if he's playing midfield only.

If I can figure out why he has been scoring badly, I'm seriously considering bringing him in. Generally quite durable, and more than one year of proven premium scoring. It probably is now or never if you want to cut him, but if he gets below $400k in a couple of weeks, I think he might be a risk well worth taking.

Buckley just confirmed Pendlebury to start in the middle today and probably be in the middle for the rest of the season.

If you do figure out his recent scoring, please tell me. I think he will be around 435k this week, so he should dip below 400k quite easily. The main thing that is convincing me to keep him, is that Port's next 3 games are Richmond, Brisbane, and Carlton. I will either trade him this week or keep him all season. I have used 5 trades so far.

Thanks for the half a game you spent in my side Nat, I thought it would be a nice 120+ start to kick off your place in rons badboys. I guess that's one trade I won't get back.:(

Much more excited for today's game than I expected to be. Even though it's unlikely to be great quality it should be pretty intriguing and hard-fought, and have Pendlebury, Treloar, Merrett, Dea and McDonald-Tipungwuti flying my flag.

Didn't see the game but read he got a corky early on and played out most of the game off half-forward. Can anyone confirm?
That's correct. Cork to the calf, and at times, looked limited. As a result, spent plenty of time in the forward half.

Well...technically two trades.
One to bring him in, and another to get him out.
