I think BB mentioned it in the in game thread but he had a massive 3rd qtr but wasn't rewarded by CD. That's all i got at the moment...lol

Seems to be a common theme with him, disposal efficiency must be generally poor, as he racked em up in the first game and was not rewarded with a the SC score to go with it, he had like 30+ possessions and only got 99, or something along those lines.

Clutching at straws here, in desperate hope there's something positive i can take out of it.

Also Fyfe's season map would be great. Curious to see if he has been playing 50/50 fwd like they said way back when.

Doesn't look like it, seems to be playing in the mids a lot.

I think Sam gray has been impacted with the introduction of Aaron Young into the side since round 2, and is playing more fwd (except last week where ball was in defence a lot). Thought Port look better with Young playing forward and Sam gray in the centre. Difficulty is when he plays centre, someone receives contested possession and handball to Sam (uncontested possession) and then he kicks blindly to a 50/50 situation which the Port forwards constantly lose. Last year he was boosted late by Wines being out and Young not established. Unfortunately Hope is not a strategy and he will stay in my side.

Round 1 form memory was against the Saints which are turning out to be a better contested team than people thought. Think Sam needs to play back on the ball.

Think this has sealed his fate. Barely a stat in the middle and looks like his role has changed for the worse. Bye bye Sam.

Would love a look at his round 6 heatmap. I suspect it won't look too different round 5's which is not ideal as his scores were largely dependent on him getting the pill around the ground!
