Looking towards next week...

Ward vs. Neale vs. S. Mitchell
Ignoring their current prices (not sure if this is an issue for you or not) for me it would be Neale > Ward > Mitchell.

However, the Giants do seem to have the more favourable run home.

Cheers mate, that's the order I have them as well. Price is a bit of an issue, I've been working on numerous different trade plans to accomodate my required D6, premium MID, and Lycett over the next couple of weeks. Neale still only in around 7% of sides still, so I'm more inclined to go him and back him in ahead of Ward potentially...

Lycett vs Deledio vs Dahlhaus (on return)

I've been planning for Dahlhaus but Lycett will give me the link up with the rucks. Deledio is a proven SC gun but the more expensive of the three.

Current forward line:
Zorko, Martin, Merrett, Montagna, Hall, Kerridge (Rose, Phillips)

Kerridge the one to make way for one of the above three.

Assuming this is for next week as Lycett has already played.

He's who I'd get too, ruck cover will be handy as we get deeper into the year.

My forward line: Deledio, Z Merrett, D Martin, Hall, Barlow, Kerridge. Petracca and Cox bench.

Going to bring in Montagna.

Trade out:
- Barlow; or
- Kerridge?

Only 5 trades left. Confused!

Tricky one. Do you need/want Kerridge's score this week? If you trade Barlow out, will Kerridge sit at F6 for the rest of the year or will you plan to move him out soon as well?

As it stand, you currently have 7 forwards playing for the round so only 6 will count towards your score this round unless you can move Cox to R3 and/or have a non playing DPP in your midfield.

Assuming the former, I would use Kerridge to get Montagna, provided that you're not planning on keeping him as M9/F7 cover for the remainder of the season. Kerridge has a relatively high BE going into this round and is more likely to lose cash than Petracca. You can wait until next week to decide on what to do with Barlow once we have more information on the nature of his injury.

8 trades left, do i trade barlow to sloane, libba to phillips. This allows DBJ and PEtraca upgrades next week, complete team with 4 trades for finals

Or do i trade dunkley to phillips, allowing DBJ upgrade next week. so 6 trades remain with petracca holding the no-premo spot until Barlow comes back?

Option 2 for me, hold Barlow and get rid of Dunkley

Dang, note to self, always pick the proven gun over the speculative new pick for 2017.

Thanks Idig and THLCT, much appreciated.

Ended up trading out Barlow, mainly on gutfeel that he either takes more time than expected to return (Freo might put the cue in the rack), or that Barlow reverts to an average of 90-95.

On tonight's performance Kerridge needs to go, he is deteriorating and I think might only be a 70-80 player for R16-23. Leaves me exposed re. trades but i have OK cover for short term injuries plus some $ in the kitty. No point keeping him as F7/M9 as I think Petracca can score about the same.
