For thos unfamiliar with the types and terms, here are the 3 options: Assume a 6 team draft for ease of demonstration.
Banzai: - it is a "snake" draft, with Rnd 3 flipped over.

Rnd 2 - 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Banzai seems the fairest, but sometimes people in a draft have trouble understanding snake. For simplicity in fairness, snake is the most often used, but for total fairness, I'd go banzai. I will add a rider on that: It actually depends of the the depth of the talent in the pool. If it is deep and carries up to around Rnd 3 or 4, then snake is fairest, if it is shallowish, I'd go Banzai.

It could be right, KLo30.
The system I saw compensates the last pickers in Round 1 with a slightly better over all rating, to compensate for missing the absolute elite.
Having all the ratings adding up to an equal number is good in theory, but it would/should still favour (slightly, if they pick well) the people with the early picks.

They have been asking these backwards spelling questions for a few years now. The other they sometimes ask is something like "Count backwards by 7 starting from 734".
They don't care if they get the answer right or wrong the rational is that most of the draftee's these days all have prepared and well rehearsed answers to the common questions so this is about seeing their reaction and how they handle answering a question/challenge they were not expecting.
