I think the Anzac game is good because one of Carlton's biggest rivals always lose or neither win like when the draw occurred.

Krakouer should come into the side considering he had 34 disposals with 27 effective in the VFL. I don't see how Macaffer holds his spot.

I think I've seen about 2 or 3 Ess v Coll games on tv that has been regularly played since 1995 so the game in itself has meant no more to me thn any other. It is not much of a tradition for me and as others have said only feels like yesterday that other games got played on Anzac holiday too. For me personally it has lost something because it has been the same teams for 18 years. If I had a different match up that interested me it would make the footy on the day more to me but since it has become that same teams for over a decade, just mundane.

If it is a tradition for you that is great but not everyone thinks or feels that way when there are now 18 different supporters groups in the AFL.
i love the tradition of it being a bombers fan, if they were to change it they should make it the grandfinal rematch game

What to do with sippos?

A late withdrawl in the last 2 rounds, now an emergency.

INJURED or poor form?

I'd cut him loose. Injured or poor form doesn't matter..too much can and has gone wrong.

JPKennedy (VC), Hanley (C) or Rockliff (C) vs Melbourne this week. Going to save my trades until the rest of the teams are released, but 95% certain its going to be BHill, Viney -> LeCras, Mayes.

Hanley is suspended so forget about selecting him as the big c.

With Collingwood playing today and the rest of the weekends teams not out until tonight I am wondering who I should put the EMG on in my FWD line.

I will be starting Dwyer and Rowe this week.

1. Neade (could possibly be rested was the word going around)
2. Macaffer (kept his spot in the side, unlikely to be the starting sub but will check before the game)

Thourghts, should I put the EMG on Macaffer to at least be sure of a score for the EMG or Neade who is probably a 50/50 to play but more likely to score higher?

Yeah same thought process Goodies.

Macaffer (e), Dwyer on the ground for me and I'll be using Rowe(e) as well to have a look at his score first with Daw presumably out.

Barring no changes, I will put Dwyer on the ground with Macaff as the emergency.
Neade will be left out as he may cop the vest or not play at all! Can't take that risk...

Just took a look at my SC Draft team for the first time since the draft (league games start this rd). Just realised I have Cloke on my fwd bench and Tuck in the midfield so managed to move Tuck to the bench and Cloke on the field :). Looking at a massive week in Draft with Pendles, Cloke, Stevie J and Rockliff in my 8 man squad :)
