If Sheed and Newman look good again next week then I think I'll strongly consider a fairly risky move in Danger - Sheed & Collins - Newman.
Accumulators look to be favoured by the new rules and while I think Danger is still a clear favourite for the top forward, he may not have the separation from the pack I'd initially thought he would.
I've been very reluctant to change structures in the past, especially off a small sample size but I think if there were a year to do it, it would be this one.
Angus Brayshaw may disagree with you Big Russ! LOL. BCrouch didn't get there and Libba disappointing.
The Bont an impact player yet picked up 29 possessions.
Sheeds had some history late last year and Rocky has prior history before injuries. Both looking in good form and opportunities from missing players. Matt Crouch had issues last year and does better when all the mids playing.
Dangers possessions were mainly forward.
One team has scored 100 points, 6 at 60 or under. Thought the rules meant higher scoring, doesn't seem the case.
The Hoff did well when many forwards didn't, meant to benefit from fast moving game.
Just mindful not back solving for a couple of players. Many games where few players +105 then others have 130-150 scores.
Remember the days when Birchall would go 120 in first 4 games then 70 after that. Coaches take 4-6 rounds before they react.
Newman history is up and down, surprisingly scored well with Carlton coming back. 50 I50 from Richmond on the higher side could be something that helps him, although Swans did use to concede a lot of I50's. Is he role more conducive to scoring?
For me, if I do a move, it will be downgrading a Libba/Brodie Smith to get an early bolter.
