Not a rant on my behalf but I got a family member to play SC this year and they've had some terrible luck.

They started K Simpson (only missed 6 games from his past 286 before 2019) and R Gray who have both now been traded out.

Brought J Kelly in last week before the news of his omission.

Selected J Lloyd this week who is on track for his 1st score under 100 after 13 consecutive 100's and 22 consecutive scores over 90.

Week after week after week over the last year and a bit, Lloyd has destroyed me on opposition teams... His first game in my team... on 33 points? Are you Fricking KIDDING me! Combined with the Heeney trainwreck... At least it is only the first half. ***
So you were the one who ruined him for us

On a side rant... Most of the teams I am up against this week don't have Lloyd... just a side rant, mind.

Ken Hinkley. First you ruin my football team then you ruin my supercoach team. Hoff is not a full forward or full back. What are you thinking? Selecting aj was almost as inspired as me trading in the hoff. Cheers.

Billy Frampton should’ve been playing. Lost that game at the selection table with AJ, Motlop and Broadbent who were close to our 3 worst on ground with Westhoff.

We saw what happened when Doogal went forward in the last, just rubbing salt in the wounds of not selecting Frampton after dominating the SANFL and us crying out for another tall forward to play with Marshall...not a resting ruck who can’t play forward (Ryder/Lycett), not a roaming wingman who can no longer play as a forward (Westhoff) and not a midget who you try to play as a tall (S.Gray/Neade). Been happening for too long.

My first entry into this thread ...

The coach(s) of the team I support thinks it best to select their favourite players and then try to come up with a game that may or may not even suit them ...

- I'd prefer a coaching panel that analysed a game plan that can deliver a win and then select the players accordingly ...

I've seen enough this week to suggest it aint our players but more the coaching panel ....geez where did our coaches get their certificates from ....

I've watched RIC knock off FRE away, HAW knock of GWS .... both teams were under strength but had a game plan that they stuck too and had no passengers ...

What makes it worse is the following..it wasn’t just the AJ selection in isolations it’s:

1) His form doesn’t warrant selection (averaging 8 disposals in the SANFL)

2) Frampton has been in ripping form in the SANFL and a tall forward would’ve helped not hurt our structure.

3) AJ was actually sick and barely even fit enough to play anyway (came out on Friday).

4) AJ came in to tag Laird /Keath who absolutely monstered us setting the record by 2 players for intercept possessions in a match.

5) Doogal goes forward in the last as a tall forward in our structure and dominates.

Been happening for years, we’ve seen Neade, Sam Gray and others one out when we’ve got tall forwards in the SANFL that even if they aren’t in form (one is right now) it helps our side for structural reasons to play them.

I've ranted before about him but with every 110+ score he gets, I just get more and more frustrated.

David Mundy, never has a single player brought so much pain to my weekend footy viewing experience. You are the reason my season is cooked, and hours of research wasted. If that wasn't enough, you now spend each and every week rubbing an unbelievable amount of salt into the wound.

Hates a strong word, and it's crazy to think I'd use it in reference to someone because of their fantasy scoring, but David, I hate you.

So many whatifs...the main one for me is what if I had traded Darling instead of Mundy pre round 3?!

W - atching
H - urts.
A - gony,
T - ears,
I - rritation.

What if I traded Darling and not Dunkley after round 3 when I saw Darling had Freo and Port coming up both in Perth.

What if I kept Boak instead of changing to Darling the day before the season opened after having Boak all pre-season and saying only a few days before the start of the season how he would be a good pick based on the evidence I had of him struggling with personal issues, captaincy and knew he’d be playing the permanent midfield role.

So frustrating sometimes when you look and see the difference between saving 2 trades + being ranked top 5,000 instead being 33,000th and having 2 less trades.

Spewing, but that’s the luck of the game.
