Apparently a bad sling tackle in the twos, hopefully he at least gets a run against the Suns pre-round-14-bye.

Yeah didn’t play the week after that and now is suddenly back up to first emergency without playing since that concussion. Wasn’t exactly playing well in the twos before that either.

Surprising but Exciting that he is named 1st emergency this week. Hopeful he can get a game next week or the week after and be a bye coverage player for rounds 12 + 13. I definitely need him in my midfield round 12 against GC.

Maybe he's a late in for Thomas, rookie rotation, Thomas only had 12 touches and 64% tog, hoping he's due for a spell.

A round 12 return would be perfect. Hopefully he plays a couple of blinders in the 2’s over the next couple of weeks.

Burgess has come back from the dead, Balta went from negative equity to generating good returns, always hope for Scott. Maybe it will take his coach to pull the pin after this weeks game!

The worry is the new coach doesn’t like him, at least Scott was giving his name sake games even when he was underperforming !

New coach will want to come in and make immediate impact on the win/loss column I dare say which is worrying!

45 rookies have debut this year, compared to 55 this time last year. 3 debut this week, of which Ladhams or Bewley the only interesting ones.

Geelong/Melb/Port - 5 each.

West Coast/Adelaide/Essendon/Freo/GWS/Hawks - 1 each.

Teams holding back the super crop! Shows we need to maximise our players where possible and be hard on cutting the deadwood.

Fine line, turnover the low making $$ players and you will not raise enough cash.

Can see how I get to 19 premium players incl semi premium BSmith/ZWilliams/Rocky and will still have half or more trades left, although most expensive rookie (on today's price) will be $200k.

Tough choice for the other one, I feel Larkey will average more in the long run but Young is up against Carlton..

I’ll be in the same boat I reckon having to hold my sorta-premo's in Brad Crouch, Rocky And Brodie Smith. Although Smith is holding his own at D5/6 with a 91 average, just hope he can keep that 90+ scoring up.

Forget Stocker I'd say. Are you able to loop one of Butters or Atkins?

If not, Atkins could have a good game vs GC but he'll be competing with loads of others for points. Butters is a bit harder to predict, hence why I'm using him as an emergency currently.

If not, Atkins could have a good game vs GC but he'll be competing with loads of others for points. Butters is a bit harder to predict, hence why I'm using him as an emergency currently.

Unfortunately can't loop because I have B.Scott as the other player on my bench and North Melbourne are pretty much playing at the same time. I'll just stick with Atkins and hope for the best
