I kinda like making the best team I can. I think WhitF + Fyfe are your men.
I kind of like the the idea of Hore > Logue gives about $380k all up. But this falls short of straight Baker > Fyfe, but might allow it next week. Perhaps consider placing the E on Clarke seeing if you're happy with it and ride the BE differential on Baker and Fyfe for next week.
There is a risk this doesn't come off and Fyfe scores 180 against Carlton.
Then run Logue at D6 for a bit, and look to upgrade say Bewley/Clarke + Answerth in due course to Whitfield, with Logue moving out to D7.
You could even loop Clarke/Bewley if you're dead set on this approach and willing to risk that rookie M8 score this week.
Then for your second trade see if Jarrod Cameron holds his position with the DPP (I know nothing about him) (with Willie Rioli suspension ending) and trade out Duursma, building your cash. The other better forward (IMO) option is Rose, he played well, should hold his spot for a bit.
This double down should give you playing rookie and donut on each line and enough cash for upgrades at various points.
Alternatively, Clarke spuds it up and you just grab Treloar (my pref) or Sloane for baker now. With one Hore(my pref)/Duursma down to Logue.
Then it's a bit sketchy, for upcoming rookie players from memory beyond JC above... Might just need to ride 2 of Logue/Duursma/Hore for a bit and hope a forward rookie coincides with your injury shuflling out a mid rookie for cash via DPPs.... who knows they might play the season out... as might the rucks bhahahaah!
Robbie gray doesn't cover Daniel or Marshall anyway without a Rookie DPP player, so while it's cover it's still only running a mid rookie as cover for 4/6 players. Rather get a Treloar/Fyfe/Sloane/Zorko type over Gray.

I love the advice - cheers for that!
I can actually afford Hore and Baker to Fyfe and Logue though, with 1.8k to spare - so think I am going to run with that! Let the rookies around them appreciate, and see what happens. Hopefully Clarke gets a bit of a run on, and he can be traded to Cameron, to give me that DPP link - then upgrade Duursma to Whitfield!
