I'm considering throwing this round in order to start preparing for the "Double Doubles".

Currently have 5 who will play twice across those rounds, but probably only 2 I would consider "quality" in Khan and Webster.

Wondering if it's worth sacrificing Maxwell this round given his high BE:

Maxwell > Lynn
Inglis > Phillipe
Gleeson > Cutting

Would only have 1 Sixer for this week tho

Actually hoping the Sixers games both go ahead as it makes trading in Week 11 , much prefer to trade Curran , Dwarshuis & Hughes out rather than anyone else in my current team

wanting to keep Jyhe , Maxy , Morris , Stoinis + Inglis for longer.

Currently,

Outs:
Livingstone
Nair
Laughlin

Ins:
Curran
Philippe
Pattinson

I think I'll go with the 2 Sixers even with the threat of rain, Curran is a season keeper, Philippe will go to Carey and Pattinson has to come in for high -BE and Laughlins injury.

*Edit......Dwarshuis instead of Philippe because of consistency and BE's

Which combination will score more from now until the first DGW?

A) Mitch Marsh, Head, Christian, Ellis
B) Maxwell/Mitch Marsh, Neser, Matt Short, Stoinis

Cheers everyone for your help!

Leaning towards

Outs - Livingstone, Boland
Ins - Pattinson, dwarsius

Third trade I'm stuck on, switch David for mcdermott to prepare for the double and hold cartwright a week for bank gain to put towards aus players.

Or switch cartwright now to either lynn or weatherald and probably cop a price drop

Time for the weekly pray that doran doesn't play so I can loop

Is anyone else looking to trade Maxwell out with his 200+ BE...?
His role seriously worries me for a guy that's 230k, just not sure you can hold a guy at that price that isnt gauranteed to bat every single game, his bowling is only going to become less and less as Stoinis reaches full fitness and Zampa returns aswell.

It’s not often that teams bat in a t/20 only losing 1-2 wickets per game. Percentages are in Maxwell’s favour getting a bat. That said, if you can improve your team by using Maxwell’s cash to get two solid scoring options, then it may not be a bad move for you.

Is it just me or does Maxy to Stoinis seem like a really obvious cash gen move this week, despite potentially having to keep someone like Chris Jordan or Liam Livingstone and burning a trade that could be used to help set up for the DDGR's?

Current lineup:

BAT: Maxwell, Curran, MMarsh, Morris, Livingstone (Marcus Harris, Labuschagne)
WKT: Josh Inglis (Harry Nielsen)
BWL: RK19, Jhye, Rauf, Boland, Jordan (Qais Labuschange)

Looking at shifting out Maxy, Boland and Jordan for Stoinis, Patto and Weatherald, which would leave me with:

BAT: Stoinis, Curran, MMarsh, Livingstone, Marcus Harris (C)* (Jake Weatherald*, Labuschange)
WKT: Josh Inglis (Harry Nielsen)
BWL: RK19, Jhye, Rauf, Morris, Pattinson (Qais, Cam Green)

Does this make some sort of sense, or am I barking up the wrong tree? Definitely punting the Sixers DGR this week as they just don't have any options which are going to retain value, even if their game tonight isn't rain affected.

Seems like a reasonably strong SGR squad, whilst also sneaking in a couple of short term cash cows in Stoinis and Patto / dodging Maxy's super-high projected BE and getting Weatherald back in who I like as the first step towards the round 12 DDGR. Might have to wear a donut if both Sydney games are washed out, but I can still maintain a viable VC loop via Marcus Harris no matter what happens on that front, which will help counter any donut I might have to swallow.

The Scorchers playing the Stars in Melbourne comes with not a little risk but I'll have to wear that - Jhye's and Inglis' low BE's should hopefully help o***et the higher projected BE's for MMarsh and Livo (but hopefully the latter two will put up reasonable scores so I don't lose too much on the swings).

Given Lynn's BE this probably isn't the right move to go for but at the moment going for Conway Boland and Rauf to Lynn Curran and Pattinson through DPP. Planning on getting Labuschagne, Wade and AB in the round after. Leaves me with a strong team for this round with most of the players I want that are currently available.

I'd be favouring 2 over 3 even though it means no sixers. I still think Maxwell is worth having like 7 said, it's not too often teams lose 1 wicket and he's always a chance to pick up a wicket or 2 with the ball. Renegades have a double in the last round, may be worth considering what double round players you want from them(personally I like Nabi and Richardson)

Have locked in 2 Trades at the moment with one more to come...
Maxwell -> Siddle
Paris -> Pattinson

Trading Maxwell due to his massive BE and uncertainty over if he will get enough time with the bat as Stoinis is playing far too good.
I also feel that with the upcoming DGW's these guys are the one's to target as they will only go up in price from here. (Siddle BE 0 and Patto BE -16).

Have left my last trade just to see how the weather is going prior to this Sixers v Hobart game.

If it is going to be a reduced overs game or the rain is lingering and the Sixers bowl first I will go Jackson Bird or Dwarshius (Both should bowl in the PowerPlay and could take some early wickets especially when they know it may be a reduced game and come down to DLS Method). They will come in for Rauf (BE of 100, uncertainty over when he will be rested).
The only concern is this will mean I am holding Livingstone after a shocker DGW and will have to play M. Short on field.

Or alternatively if the weather looks good, trading Livingstone -> Vince or Henriques or alternatively trade Marsh -> Curran.

A lot to consider and it seems to be riding on the Weather which is the scariest part of all.

P.S. Fingers crossed Hinchcliffe plays this week and I can move him on field for Short as he has a much higher ceiling I feel, would also love some of that cash from his -BE. Anyone got any word on if he will be back?

If Stanlake doesn't play, you'll have a VC loop.

Alternatively, if you want to safeguard against the 6ers v Thunder being a washout, swap Nesser down to your BWL bench in place of DC. Then if the 6ers v Thunder game is no good, you'll have Neser to cover Morris in BWL, whilst Webster/DC will open the VC loop for you in BAT via MShort.

This also gives you a last minute OUT in the case that the 6ers v Thunder game goes ahead AND if you don't like your VC score. Swap Morris with DC, Morris to avoid taking MShort's score and DC to loop Neser's score off your BWL bench, provided Stanlake doesn't play, otherwise you'll have the lower of their scores.
