I switched off in disgust after going straight up C on Rashid and then, due to a late change of trade plans, ending up with Qais on field when I had intended Christian. This was even after the late change involved trading Head in over Maxy which worked out well.

But ended up with 667 and moved up 26 spots to 115 so can't complain. Inglis and Stoinis finished off nicely.

The really frustrating part of the whole thing was I had Rashid as VC but without a good loop I was worried any C gains would be o***et by lowest bench score losses. I see people getting their team in knots trying on a VC when they don't have a good loop. And then Dunk misses and there was my perfect loop had I needed it, which I didn't! aarrgghh

Recovered to reach 530 - second lowest round rank dropped me back the 260 places I made up last week. Also lost my league matchup due to me getting in Wade vs opponent getting in Head basically.

Let's hope I can do some damage in the DDGR's and beyond. Wade had better fire this round or I'll be peeved- he's been terrible thus far and dining heavily off reputation.

This is probably a redundant question we are all asking ourselves, but what is the deal with Miller? I haven’t been watching him closely at all until yesterday when he sunk my H2H matchup. Has he just taken 10 rounds to find his form or was it a once off lucky round (he was dropped a couple times if I remember) and he regresses to his average over the DGW? Money is no issue for me so I am tempted to pick Wade over him, who is surely due and should do better with Short back for the second game. Additionally, I have had both Mitch Marsh and Maxwell as captains batting 4 who never saw the crease in recent weeks and I am starting to worry that my “top 4 batsmen only” rule should actually be a “top 3 batsmen only” rule of late. If anybody can choke up an innings with few wickets, it’s Short, Wade and McDermott at Blundstone.

I won't be getting Miller purely for that reason. Has had far too many poor games to justify me bringing him in. If it had of been earlier the cash grab would have been worthwhile but I'd rather pick someone like a Carey or Boland who are a bit more expensive but have atleast shown they can score big multiple times. I'm also in the same boat where money is no issue at this stage.

I usually opt for the all rounders in these situations. DC and Cutting for me

I think Miller has just been out of form. He did all right in the Sth African T20 batting at #5 and #4 and averaging about 50SC.
But I'm leaving him alone because of the top-4 batsmen rule, too. He may bat at #4 but he could bat as low as #6 - which he has done in this tournament.

Nevill (Philippe)
Khan, JR, Boland, Pattinson, Qais (Green,Wright)

I am keen to trade out Philippe, JR for Carey, Head
After these two, I have only $12,100 ITB

Who could a third trade be? should I do a third trade? Maxy out, and bring in another DGR R12/13? Who though? Weatherald/Wells/Miller/DShort/Renegade/Cutting?

Aiming for RD13 trades to be: Boyce, Richardson, Nabi (maybe)

You'd think not but I wouldn't be surprised to see them bat: Wade, Short, Jewell, McDermott and then Miller.
