Can anyone with the Prospectus, maybe from a few years ago tell me what Narkles numbers were like as a junior and was he a midfielder or forward in his younger days?
From the Prospectus ; Narkle played 11 WAFL Colts games in 2015,averaging 13 disposals,6 contested possessions and 1 clearance per game. His improvement was immense in 2016,averaging 28 disposals,15 contested possessions and 7 clearances per game.
Played at 2016 NAB AFL U/18 championships as a mid-forward,rating above average for contested possessions and below average for uncontested possessions. Despite his work in close,he finished with an elite kicking efficiency and ranked equal second for score assists of all players.
Gee,they can make anyone sound like a gun ! Hope this helps.

Would love to start the kid but finding it very hard to find a valuable midfield spot for him.

Dockers keep young guns on the ball
Our Western Australian reporter @nathanschmook has the latest from the Dockers as they keep faith in emerging mids Andrew Brayshaw and Adam Cerra.

Fremantle coach Justin Longmuir is “absolutely” committed to keeping his young midfielders at the coalface in Saturday’s clash against Essendon after a successful pre-season.

Third-year Dockers Brayshaw and Cerra were given the keys to the engine room through the Marsh Community Series, particularly in the opening match against Carlton when Nat Fyfe and Michael Walters were missing.

While Fyfe and Walters will still rotate heavily through the midfield against the Bombers, Longmuir is excited to see how his young onballers handle the midfield responsibility.

“I feel like they're ready to shoulder some of the midfield time and I think the pre-season has given them opportunity,” the coach said of Brayshaw and Cerra.

“But they've also embraced that opportunity and earned the right to play there round one.”

Longmuir said top-10 draft pick Caleb Serong just missed out on selection after playing limited minutes in both pre-season games.

“He was really close, we had a good discussion around him at match committee," Longmuir said. - Nathan Schmook

I only have Propsectus 2019 and 2020 so they don't have Narkle's junior stats. 2019 version says that Narkle was used more as a midfielder at VFL level. 2020 doesn't have any interesting comments.
