Great voice and a passionate song ...

Another great female vocalist.

Song: You’re No Good
Artist: Linda Ronstadt
Year: 1974

You might have heard her from-

Unfortunately she now has progressive supranuclear palsy (since 2011) and is unable to sing.

One of the things I like about this forum is the number of members who are well considered, thoughtful, tactful, well researched and happy to help their fellow competitiors. Everyone has a favourite poster where the eyes light up and a not so favourite poster where a quick little scroll down the page is needed.
A good reputation can sometimes take years to earn. One good post will see a few likes appear down the bottom. A few more good posts and all of a sudden you get a few more likes. If you're consistently showing a talent for logical and informed posts or maybe the ability to make people chuckle then the likes will flow easily.
But, one very bad post..........................................
I would think very very carefully about your next song recommendation.
I'm already starting to question my allegiances and if some of you can ever be trusted again with supercoach advice.

Surely some of you are taking the piss with these songs.

Song: Stuck in the Middle with You
Band: Stealers Wheel
Year: 1973

Featured in the movie ‘Reservoir Dogs’.
In 2014, Quentin Tarantino revealed in an interview that the entire soundtrack budget was spent on securing "Stuck in the Middle with You" for the film. Tarantino was content with having no other music in the film as long as he could use that song.

That’s a fair call, has been some shockers in amongst some quality so far.

What are some of your favourites? Bonus points if you post with a link to video/s.

How about this for a mental exercise for you all.

What are your PERSONAL TOP 5 FAVOURITE SONGS of all time? And feel free to write a line or two as to why.

Not the best songs, not songs that you think others will like. Just songs that you have either listened to and sang along to a millions times, or have some kind of meaning to YOU.

Now to have a think about mine.
