Scooby doo hey. I had no idea.
The outburst was gold.
@freowho

Another outburst, this time from Paul Anka.

Warning-contains profanities

Sometime in the mid-1980s, Anka was secretly recorded while launching a tirade against his crew and band members, berating them for unprofessional behavior in the show they had just played. (Asked about it on the interview program Fresh Air, he referred to the person who did the recording as a “snake we later fired.”) The recording became widely known after being uploaded to the Internet, and a number of quotes from it have since become famous, including “The guys get shirts,” “Don’t make a maniac out of me,” and “Slice like a ****ing hammer.” Some of the quotes were reproduced verbatim by Al Pacino’s character in the 2007 film Ocean’s Thirteen.

#1 for 5 weeks May 18th to June 15th 1970.
Even though Greenbaum signed away the rights many years ago, he still makes around $10,000 everytime the song is used in a film or a commercial. He basically has never worked, since he wrote the song 50 years ago!

Letter V:

A personal favourite song of mine.
In my pre-teen age years, most Sundays, Mum would cook a roast and Uncle and Aunty, Cousins and Grand Parents (Mum's parents) would come for Lunch. Always after lunch, and some Vodkas, Dad would take out the piano accordion and play. Only a repertoire of 4 songs, but he would play them over and over again. My favourite song was "Beer Barrel Polka".

Bobby Vinton, is an American singer and songwriter who briefly appeared in films. In pop music circles, as a teen idol he became known as "The Polish Prince", as his music pays tribute to his Polish heritage. "Beer Barrel Polka" had been a hit in 1939 for the Andrews Sisters

There's so many classic Jebediah songs @Darkie, especially on Slightly Odway and Of Someday Shambles...

I've posted it before but Monument is easily my favorite Jebediah song... It didn't even make the cut for Slightly Odway for some strange reason.

Also seeing you post Harpoon reminded me of Something For Kate's cover of it...
