Solid trades.

Based on your side I’d be tempted to move Gresham on for Trac if he’s a target you are bullish on.

And perhaps go early on Sturt for Cav in case you need next weeks trade to chase a debuting rookie bolter and a Doedee.
Normal year and I would've traded Gresh out due to injury, but I really want to give him a shot now after he's recovered from knee strain. Have contemplated that move though. Thanks mate.

Probably should have held Brayshaw and kept the trade for another rookie. Oh, well, too late now. Both Brayshaw brothers have burned me badly - I think it was more an unconscious decision than a rational one.

I have no idea with trades. All 5 still available.
Below is my thinking:

Roberton to Rivers
Green to Bennell
Davis to Long

2 trades left, $37,300 in kitty.
50/50 on keeping/trading Bont/Dunks or both, I realise they will decrease in value.
Cav to Sturt next week likely. Can loop Taylor today.
Davis could well come back next week.
Defence is dodgy.

Missed out on Howe unfortunately.
Players I've had my eye on: Hurn, SPS, Doedee, Simkin, D Smith, Trac, Sloane, JPK, Bewley, Ah Chee (WC, smokey, huge risk, not sure his role at WC)
Any help appreciated.

rucks look ok ?

like the forwards but shudder with defence

think you nailed it need to sacrifice one of Bont/Dunkley for a premium defender via DPP and play McInerney onfield

SPS very popular on SCT

and get rid of McAsey

Thanks Herb. Yes, defence horrible. Would like to go straight to Hurn, but SPS on my radar also. cheers.

Locked in my trades for the week, hopefully no late changes to come. Pretty similar to most of what I've seen, Greenwood probably the only slightly different pick.

Naismith > Gawn
Bont > Bennell
Brayshaw > Greenwood
BZT > Doedee
McAsey > Rivers

Anyone gone early on one of the forward rookies - Berry or Vandermeer? Which is more likely to get a game next week?

I think I may need to bring in one of these two right now because next week I'll need two trades for Sturt & Young (if he plays)

Kozzy, Cavarra and Davis outs forced a trade to avoid a doughnut.

Right now I'm going Cavarra to Rivers and Davis to Bennell as my first two trades of the season.
