Posted this question in Rd 3 Trades thread a little earlier:

Thinking about short term (self inflicted) carnage option with my second trade this week. Strongly considering selling Grundy (I know!) and buying Pittonet (to field at R2 with Gawn). Have Ceglar/Combden combo to loop Ceglar into rucks and bench Pittonet if Pittonet doesn't perform to expectations in the next few weeks. Also still leaves me with Neale / Gawn as two viable VC/C options. The move gives me enough to upgrade three mid pricers to keepers over the next few weeks. Even estimating 50 point deficit between Pittonet and Grundy each week over the next month the points difference will be negligible (but obviously greater the first couple of weeks). Huge risk, big potential reward.

Anyone care to talk me out of it?
Hope you did it.

Mind you, with the whole Gawn debacle - who knows!

I did, much to my own surprise! Even more so, given that I made the trade just after the announcement that the ESS v MEL was going to be postponed and the uncertainty re SC scoring for the week and the status of the CAR v ESS game next week. Would never have done so without having Ceglar available to loop if necessary. Just didn’t see the point of having Pittonet on the bench for multiple weeks as I did this last year with ROB and it stalled my ability to trade up for several weeks. Big win so far, much bigger than I expected, but SC is a fickle beast and I’m sure there’s some surprises just around the corner. For the moment though I have 626k to start spending on upgrades so I’ll just enjoy contemplating these before SC turns around and bites back hard!

all good , that list was from Fox Sports

apparently Channel 7's vision of the main training session had him contacting with McGrath & Merrett plus one of the assistant coaches.
Has there been any confirmation on what will happen with Ess/Mel players?

I (amongst many) have Gawn, Bennell, Smith, McGrath and Rivers and looking to bring in Petracca

Being tested today from the latest I heard , results known tomorrow , so probably a announcement Tuesday/Wednesday.

Doesn't affect any Melbourne players at all.

Oh I assumed that the Double round would happen as soon as Dees vs Ess play which I'm now hearing that it might be later in the season rather than sooner. Now that I am thinking, I along with many others definitely got screwed over by this best 18 change. Supercoach Gods please shed some light on us soon, so I don't lose my mind.

Double Round has never been finalised , catch up game could be played a multitude of ways (was announced Saturday night that it wouldn't be played in the current fixture block )

Think getting teams/games in SA & WA could even be a bigger priority at this stage.

Round 6 fixture announced this week.

Decision on the Carlton v Essendon game this week.

Essendon v Collingwood could be moved.

Everything else be announced in due time.

I am sure the media will be all over it today.

No I haven't my friend, how do I contact them to give them my 2c worth? Thanks for the recommendation too!
Their is a "contact us " section under the terms and conditions that outline the rules , scoring etc etc

As to how to locate it via my mobile phone I have no idea , someone might have screen shots they can post
