Think I will go:

Sturt > Williamson
Pickett > Tom Green

Unfortunately these aren't really "downgrades" because they don't net me that much cash, but think they are the best rookie options that are presenting

Despite the rookie carnage I'm still thinking Whitfield to Simpkin or Petracca and NicNat to Pittonet are the moves for this week.

Will leave me with zero bench cover in mids and fwds (and maybe a donut at F6 is Curtis Taylor is omitted) but cash saved and generated will be helpful for the first bunch of upgrades over the next few rounds (and I can swing Starcevich / Rivers down to the mids for cover if needs be.

On another note does anyone with a finger on the pulse at Essendon have any idea if Mitch Hibberd is anywhere close to being in contention for a spot in the midfield?

Now Naismith has been named, I am currently leaning towards my trades being Jacobs and Sturt to Bennell and Fyfe via a bunch of DPP moves. Simpkin is the other much cheaper option that I originally was looking at rather than Fyfe, but not sure which I bring in yet - I like both. Seems everyone is trying to get Simpkin this week, probably for good reason.

As always, I expect teams tomorrow to change everything.
Decided on the following after seeing teams:

Jacobs and Greene out
Fyfe and Simpkin in

Couldn't decide which one of the two to get, so chose to bring in both by using my spare cash. I'll trade Sturt out eventually, I have cover still, so not essential.

Greene wasn't my original choice to trade out, but he's
a) costing me cash
b) got a high BE
c) not fully fit
d) probably not going to be a top forward this year on current form
e) a flog

Despite conventional wisdom, I am happy to do this sideways trade to get rid of someone I'm not a fan of. It could hurt me a bit in getting to a full premium team, but I'm probably not doing that anyway.

You know you can wait till tomorrow to do those trades. If you change ur mind you can still pick all other players to trade other than Syd + Bulldogs.

Hately, 308k 2nd outing after a 108 last week, for Sturt? And then Sicily/Haynes/Perryman/Andrews for Houston?

Any tips on how to enlarge it? I've dragged it onto a spreadsheet but hard to read.
Simpkin vs ebert vs wingard vs b.smith (dogs) vs greenwood haha
1. Simpkin: Appears to be second behind Cunnington for midfield priority.
2. Smith: 3rd in the pecking order and now 2nd with Dunkley out.
3. Greenwood: Gold Coast rotating mids a lot but he is a major part of the rotations.
4. Wingard: Bit part player of the midfield and relying on goals.
5. Ebert: Seems to be relying on some goals aswell. Might be benefiting from 3 easy wins.

Sorry if it's too late.
