Forgot to mention, Rowell and Bailey Smith (new recruit) scored me a combined 1 point this round. Can’t recall that happening before.

That’s rough... tbh I have nearly trade ABrayshaw to Smith many times and nearly did so again last week but just held the trade in the end due to less trades in RDT (ie I used only 1 last round).

Yeah the trade situation is really bad in RDT... No way I'm getting anywhere near a full Premo team this season.

Make sure you trade Bailey Smith in then, he’ll be nice and cheap for everyone else in two weeks

Bailey Smith was the main culprit, amongst others. Not many can hold their head high amongst a raft of underperforming players.
Hopefully bounce back this week.

That's only c. 15 per round, definitely still doable!

Bailey Smith probably cost me c. 70-80 this week due to his early injury. Plenty of sliding doors moments to make up 183.

Wanted to grab Aarts, and B Davis looks like dead wood so I was looking to exit him.

Then I realized that with only 14 trades left I may not have scope to trade dead wood because it generates no cash ... might need to focus on getting upgrades done, and crossing fingers that some rookies with JS turn up to provide season long cover.

Seemed to get to this point very quickly, don’t think I’ve even done a proper upgrade yet!!

I’m still dark on this format after getting knocked out of my eliminator by 3 points!

I carried Zerrett on my bench because the limited trades meant I couldn’t afford to sideways him.

I still need 8 players to get to full premium with only 15 trades left .... it’s not happening!

Not really sure why they reduced the trades to be honest ... surely most players prefer to have trades than not have trades, and having them would drive more traffic?!

Yeah I agree, As soon as people's trades are gone they lose interest in the season, and possibly not even bother coming back next year.

Everyone need's a few extra trades to have their teams looking a little better towards the end of the season. It's already not fun looking at the low scores from everyone due to the 20% less game time. No need to make it worse by having everyone run out of trades so early with incomplete teams.

I think 98 is a fine score but I'm passing it up hoping Grundy can go 115 plus

Clearly this was a bad idea! Othwerise i am having a good round with Sicily finally lifting so very annoyed at myself for not just locking in Neale. The 'no 3 figures' on a captain score just didn't look right!
