Ok I’m sold. I was planning to bring ROB in this week but don’t think I can go on any longer without the bearded one.

It means I’ll be depending on an on field rookie for probably an extra 2 weeks so hope he can make up the difference (I’m sure he’ll come close!).

ROB has Goldy, Gawn and Grundy in rounds 9 - 11 anyway.

What's everyone's thoughts on Sam Mayes from Port and McKay from North

Option 1 . Lynch to Petracca finally
Option 2. Stars to McKay ( Def move )
Option 3 . King to Mayes ( Mid / fwd move ) Mahony to fwds

So it's Option 1 with Option 2 gives me $42,800 left
and Option 1 with Option 3 leaves me $5000

Lots of holes to fix but it's a start

Sam Mayes looked comfortable on the ball and saw plenty of it. But JS might be a worry. ?

Cannot help with Mc Kay, was not watching him, was sweating on Simpkin with the early injury and was too busy shouting at the Telly to notice too much.

Think he actually has played with a PCL issue in the past (think he went huge score-wise the week he sustained some posterior damage in-game last year (or was it just capsule?).

Andrews certainly burnt me last year, yet here I am back at the same well and I sure am thirsty.

It's been okay aside from the Lions v Cats game where Hawkins toweled him up.

Aside from the Cats game he has averaged 98.5 for the season.

I prefer him to Hurn.

Going have to pass on Gawn (as much as he's beasting it) and probably do Fort > Sicily and Budarick/Starcevich > Danger/Macrae/Parker/Cogs or Bont

Just noticed Rampe is available for 420k as well which is pretty spicy. Down 100k on his starting price with a BE of 40 this week, coming off a 120 last weekend.

With the new SC trades available it's opened up a few possibilities.

Along with a heap of others, I need to get rid of Pitto.
Is it crazy to grab O'Brian for 2 weeks and see how Gawn is traveling after his dates with Brisbane and the Power?
May even hold onto ROB if it looks like he's traveling well.
I realise ROB has Goldy, Gawn, Grundy & English in his next 4 weeks, but I think he'll do ok against Goldy & English.
The other 2 games may be a struggle.

As someone who traded in Hurn after Rd 1, I prefer almost anyone to Hurn.

Hurn is a bit tricky.
It would be good to wait another week to see how he's going, plus his BE is 120.
It's worth noting that his 2 best scores this season have been Rd1 (153) & Rd7 (93). These are also the only 2 games he's played at the Optus stadium, where they are playing the next 4 games ( Rd10 is a bye)
