All these ppl VCing Kelly...put your votes in the VC thread!!! @Spots Not sure if I would have selected but he didn't even cross my mind!!!! (I'd settled on Macrae early in week) Love your work otherwise
I couldn't use Neale because he was in the same game as Gawn, and didn't have a captain's loop for Grundy that late in the round.
Only went Kelly as I know he can go huge once or twice a year.
It was no major advantage though with Neale and Gawn getting over 150.
I can't stand Monday night football, But that's another matter for another day...
It's only 20 mins later than a Friday Night game. Have to take into account the game is in Perth, on a Monday night and the ground can only be accessed via public transport... Need to clear the workers who use Public Transport heading home from work in the city and then allow people a chance to get to the game.

The time of the game is about money not what people prefer. The broadcasters give more money for later starts and they push for more night games to increase advertising revenue.
Too late for children as well.

It may be in other states... but the Public Transport is definitely the main concern on Weeknights here in Perth. The public transport system here isn't set up to cope with all the Peak hour workers heading home and everyone heading to the footy at the same time.
I thought I heard the AFL was trying to compress the fixture or something?
Yet here we all are on a Monday night still waiting for a game to start and this awful round* to finish.
Just get it done and open SC so I can rage trade and scythe through my team.
* Admittedly, I guess some people are having a good week
