Tough one. Both averaging 60 with a lot of 40s-70s so I don’t think it makes a massive difference ex ante.

A lot of people seem to think the Pies will dominate Freo. I suspect that means there may not be a lot of ball in the Pies’ D50, albeit what does come in may be under little pressure. Noble seems to accumulate through repeat efforts, rather than pick off opposition kicks with intercept marks, from what I’ve seen, so I’d maybe play Brander.

Close or Buda at M8 is the head scratcher for me. Both have tough match ups.
Rivers and Bennell made it impossible to loop.

My gut feeling is Close over Buda. That's what I am doing.

I know. Been waiting for Dev to look like one. Serongs points per time on ground has been really good all year and his time on ground has gone up.
Genuinely hard to split them.

Tough one I’m mulling over too. Hard to gauge but I’m leaning Close marginally for no other reason that I’m unsure if last week was an average game, a great game or a poor game.

I’d go Close. Budarick is a low 50s average rookie, if you think Close is worse than that then he was probably a pretty marginal pick as a cash cow.

I suspect this won’t cost or gain you too much given Buda has consistently been a 40s and 50s player for the most part. I’d probably take the 55 unless you have a reason to expect a spike game, or are concerned about a late out donut.
