Traded him out for Simpkin after round 4, very annoying. I thought he may get a spike with Fyfe out but then revert to lower scores once back. So wrong and Simpkin’s drop off.
Ouch

Was a genius move given Simpkin's scores in Round 5 & 6.

Unfortunately since Round 5 he is averaging 78.42 from 7 including a 127 , 103 & 97.

The Josh Dunkley of 2021!
Can't even blame his foot op prior to Round 1 for his Round 2 - 4 scores.

More opportunities , natural development , finally getting everything right to deliver on his potential/promise.

Fyfe missed 5 , 7 & 8 but he still has maintained his scoring in the other 3 games.

Depends on your definition of a premium for each line and what is considered a acceptable average over the season , or 3 Round , 5 Round etc etc

Could be a major difference in first half season scoring to the second half season scoring as well like eg Darling & Lyons last season

eg Big O could be classified a premium on his last 3 Round scores
Just looked back through the posts , Lyons averaged 117 post byes last season , Darling averaged 101

Andrew Brayshaw

Round 1 to 4 - 4 games @ 78.5
Since then - 6 games @ 126.66
As an eagles supporter hurts me to say that a Freo player is the reason I'm going ok this year. Had him since round 1, wanted to rage trade him 385 times early on.

Watching him play last night his running is amazing he is literally at every contest. It's like Gaff transferred some of that super human endurance power to him during a certain incident in 2018...

It's interesting with a breakout/midpricer how long do you hold them before you admit you got the selection wrong and then either swap them to another midpricer or go down to a rookie.

I guess this season was different with chasing rookies each round early so possibly easier to hold.

Was only listening on the radio but they were very excited about the present and future with Brayshaw , Cerra & Serong.

Could be scarey when Walters is back and they have the "luxury" of leaving him & Fyfe predominantly forward.

Remember watching Cerra maybe 2 seasons ago on the HBF against Adelaide (or Port) and thinking this kid looks like he could be something special.
