I'm not sure you need to be rested after 2 games but maybe it's rotation.
He's a 21 year old ruckman coming off an ACL injury, who played barely three scratch matches before getting his debut.
It's 100% rotation, further reinforced through the fact it says he was 'managed'. He was the sole ruck last week in his second game (with small chop outs from McKernan) coming up against Mummy.
I'm not sure there'd be a Bombers fan out there that wouldn't be backing in the call to rest him if they think it's the right decision. This bloke could be there ruckman for the next decade, there's absolutely no reason to risk him if they think an extra few days rest is worth it prior to their next game. If you selected/traded him not expecting him to get rested, particularly during these condensed fixtures, then you were kidding yourself.
